In late 2019 the Federal Farm Bill was passed allowing hemp to be farmed with the same restrictions as other crops like corn and potatoes. According to Forbes hemp is expected to grow to become a 22 billion dollar market by 2020.
The Federal Farm Bill states that while there are strict regulations on who can grow CBD Hemp Flower, the conditions that it is required to be grown however are very specific. Any CBD hemp product must come from a licensed grower that is compliant with the law and all hemp grown must have a certified lab test, that is compliant with the law.
What Does The New Hemp Law Mean?
The current law on hemp-derived products is that they must contain less than .03% Delta 9 THC
We recommend checking out SC Labs to find a compliant testing facility.
